09 January 2025Consultancy.eu Dutch consulting firm IG&H has acquired Sourceful ICT, a software company specialized in low-code application development services. Headquartered in Poland, Sourceful ICT helps its clients with building mobile and web applications and solutions on technologies such as using .NET and Java, as well as low systems such as OutSystems. The firm’s 65-person team operates from offices in Kielce (Poland) and Almere (Netherlands). With the addition of Sourceful ICT, IG&H expands its technology and software business, which already has a strong track record in OutSystems work. “Sourceful ICT’s strong expertise in software development complement our capabilities in end-to-end digital transformation,” said Joost van de Meent, CEO of IG&H. “This partnership allows us to better serve our clients, not only as an OutSystems partner but also by expanding our high-code services. We look forward to working together to shape the future of digital transformation.” The deal is IG&H’s first since it closed two consulting-focused acquisitions in its home market last year. Earlier, the private equity-backed group also bolted-on a team of OutSystems experts in the Netherlands and Portugal. IG&H now has over 650 staff working from offices in three European countries. “Joining IG&H is an exciting step forward for us,” said Joanna Zielonka, CEO of Sourceful ICT. “It will strengthen our ability to support our clients by expanding our portfolio of services to help them achieve their digital transformation goals. We are excited to innovate together, especially in the fields of intelligent automation and AI.
