「使い倒すほどに顧客理解が深まり、満足度を高められることにワクワクする」、ZENB JAPANがContentsquareを導入 2025年2月13日 11時00分 Contentsquare(本社:仏パリ、読み:コンテンツスクエア、日本法人:Contentsquare Japan合同会社(東京都千代田区)、以下「当社」)と株式会社NTTドコモのマーケティング分野における新規事業型子会社である株式会社DearOne(本社:東京都港区、代表取締役:河野恭久、以下:DearOne)は、株式会社 ZENB JAPAN(本社:愛知県半田市、以下「ZENB JAPAN」)が公式通販サイトの顧客体験(CX)向上を目的としてContentsquareのデジタル顧客体験アナリティクス(Digital Experience Analytics:DXA)プラットフォームを導入したことをお知らせいたします。 “顧客との継続的な関係を築く場”をさらに強化するための課題が顕在化 同社が2019年に立ち上げた公式ECサイト( https://zenb.jp/ )は、単なる販売チャネルではなく、ブランドの世界観を発信し、顧客と継続的な関係を築く重要な役割を担っています。立ち上げ当初はブランド認知の拡大を主な目的として運営していましたが、現在では実店舗やECモールとの連携を進めつつ、定期購入やファン・コミュニティの強化を通じてより深い顧客関係を築く場へと進化を遂げています。 しかし、デジタル顧客接点を強化していくにあたり、顧客行動データの統合が難しく、最適なマーケティング施策を実施しづらいという課題が顕在化していました。また、公式ECサイトのUX改善やコンテンツ最適化のPDCAを迅速に回すためのデータ活用が十分にできていないことや、サイトの分析や改修を担うシステムチームのリソースが限られていることも課題になっていました。 そこでZENB JAPANは、こうした課題を解決するためにContentsquareを導入し、顧客行動の可視化・分析の強化に乗り出しました。施策の効果測定を迅速化し、システムチームの負担を軽減しながら、よりデータドリブンな改善活動を進めています。 専任チームでなくてもEC特有のUXを詳細に分析できるから、PDCAが速くなる 同社では公式ECサイトのアクセス解析にGoogle Analytics 4(GA4)を継続活用しつつ、ヒートマップ分析のためにMicrosoft Clarityを使用していました。しかしClarityでは、ECサイト向けの詳細なUX分析(ファネル分析、ゾーニング分析、コンバージョン最適化)に限界がありました。 Contentsquareは、ECサイトに特有なUXを詳細に分析できる機能を備えています。実際にZENB JAPANで試験運用したところ、Microsoft Clarityでは取得できなかったマイアカウントページの計測・分析が可能になり、ユーザーの行動データをもとにUXの課題を特定し、改善の方向性を明確にできるようになりました。また、このような分析を専門チームではなくマーケティングや企画の担当者が自らContentsquareを駆使して分析できるため、施策のPDCAを迅速に回せる点が導入の決め手となりました。 ZENB JAPANは今後、Contentsquareの本格的な活用を進め、CVR向上、マイアカウントページの利用率・定期継続率改善、施策の実行スピード向上に取り組みます。特に、購入フローの最適化やUX改善を進め、まずは3カ月で確実な成果を上げることを目指しています。 また、マーケティング・企画チームが自らデータ分析・施策実行できる環境を整え、よりスピーディーなPDCAを実現することを目標としています。これにより、顧客体験の向上と、ECサイトの持続的な成長につなげていく考えです。 なお本プロジェクトでは、Contentsquareのソリューションパートナーである株式会社DearOneがZENB JAPANに対して分析を支援するサービスを提供します。 ZENB JAPANは「顧客起点」で業務に取り組むこと、お客さまに向き合うことをモットーにしています。Contentsquareは網羅的に分析データを取得でき、サイトの全体像を視覚的に捉えることができます。つまりお客さまのお買い物の行動がより理解できるようになると考え、「このソリューションしかない」と感じて導入を決めました。 2025年度は「Contentsquareを使い倒す」を組織の合言葉に掲げ、顧客体験の向上に取り組んでいきます。使い倒すほどにお客さまを理解でき、お客さまの満足度を高められる。そして、それが世の中への貢献につながっていくと考えており、ワクワクしています。 ZENB JAPANの想いを実現していくため、ContentsquareとDearOneには分析データの捉え方やノウハウ提供など含めて、力強い伴走支援を期待しています。
