Rashid and Simmons’ experience and leadership will scale Outreach to the next level. This comes shortly after Outreach announced its new AI Sales Prospecting Agents as the company reshapes the revenue technology space through AI and personalized selling. “Our philosophy is that companies should leverage tech to transform people, and this is especially important for revenue organizations,” said Abhijit Mitra, Outreach CEO. “AI is everywhere, and GTM teams that harness the power of AI to allow sellers to focus on the human side of selling are the ones that will win. Nadia and Holly, along with the rest of my leadership team, will advance the sales execution market and in doing so, will unlock new opportunities for our customers and propel Outreach to new heights.” Nadia brings over 20 years of leadership experience and a track record of driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth for tech companies. At Outreach she will lead the Go-to-Market team, drive revenue growth, and demonstrate the power of AI Sales Agents. She joins Outreach from Seismic, a leader in AI-powered sales enablement, where she was responsible for the largest revenue segment across the business. During her nearly six-year tenure, she oversaw the Enterprise and Global revenue segments and was instrumental in building out the enterprise business. Before Seismic, Nadia worked at Marketo as VP of Sales, where she increased the company’s geographic presence, expanded the Commercial and Mid-Market business, and helped grow the revenue to $320M during her four years there. “The convergence in the market and the advancement of AI creates an even more competitive space and it will take a company with a strong product to prevail as the leader,” said Rashid. “Outreach has a great history leading sales engagement, but now we are so much more than a prospecting tool – our platform has conversation intelligence, forecasting, retention & expansion, and more – all areas that allow GTM teams to gain efficiencies by saving time, increase rep productivity, generate more pipeline, and overall sell smarter.
